I created this healthy and delicious Anti-Aging Bread to enhance dietary and nutritional intake of my father, who raised me without a mother, whom I love dearly, and take care of now.
Why did I choose to make Bread?
I very much wanted to incorporate cocoa powder into my father's diet - the Super Food of all super-foods! But chocolates and all cocoa containing drinks and pastries had sugar in them because cacao powder is naturally bitter.
After many trials and errors, I finally created a recipe for the savory version of the cocoa pastry. It came out so delicious that it immediately became everyone's favorite bread in the family. It added wonderful flavor to any meal and enhanced taste of every sandwich. Moreover it smelled incredible!!!
This is how my gourmet, dark brown Organic Whole Wheat Anti-Aging Bread was born.
